- Inspection application:
(1) Apply for commissioned inspection,Please fill in the center testing case order form (or apply online), together with enough samples, send them to our center via "personal delivery" or "home delivery".
(2) Agricultural products: fresh fruits and vegetables per piece300 gramsAbove, tea, grains and dried items weigh more than 100 grams each.
(3) Sending samples: Sufficient samples for inspection together with the order form, by home delivery(It is recommended to use TA-Q-BIN or home delivery.)Send to East Taiwan Pesticide Residue and Toxicology Testing Center, Room B209, Building 3, No. 1-16, Section 2, Daxue Road, Shoufeng Township, Hualien County 974(Be sure to indicate the deliveryNo. 1-16 Polytechnic Building 3) , if fresh fruits are recommended to be sent refrigerated to ensure the integrity of the sample.Other shipping methods, such as the post office, will only be sent to the school for delivery and cannot be sent to the inspection center in time. This will delay the inspection schedule and the samples may be damaged at room temperature. You are responsible for the consequences.
(4) If the samples submitted for inspection are limited by equipment or cannot be completed within a short period of time, acceptance may be suspended.
- Processing period:
(1) Processing period: 3 working days (number of working days: regular holidays and revision holidays are not included)
(2) Samples submitted for inspection are processed in the order of application, and the completion date depends on the nature of the sample and the needs of the inspection items. If there is an instrument condition encountered during the inspection and the inspection cannot be completed as scheduled, the client will be notified separately.
(3) If the entrusted case has special needs, please call us before sending it for inspection. You can apply for expedited processing when entrusting the inspection, but additional fees will be charged.
*Please confirm the center's sample delivery announcement before sending samples. If there are national holidays, large quantities of specimens, center compensatory holidays, power outage announcements, etc., collection will be suspended. Information is in the latest news.
- Inspection report:
(1) After the inspection is completed, one original Chinese report will be given, and an additional 50 yuan will be charged for each additional written report.
(2) The test results are only valid for the test samples.
(3) Reproduction of the inspection report without consent is prohibited. Copies are invalid and this report may not be separated or captured for use.
(4) The personnel of this unit have no obligation to attend various briefing sessions or make public certifications.

(4) In addition to transfer, you can also choose cash, demand check or remittance (When remitting, please indicate the receipt header on the order form.).
(5) For long-term cooperative groups or government units, the center will issue a receipt in advance and mail it to the client. The client will remit the money or send it to the center by a demand check. Please pay the relevant fees within one month after receiving the receipt; Regardless of remittance or transfer, please indicate the receipt number or name of the entrusting organization, or fax/MAIL the remittance receipt to our center (03-8900212 / ndhuprdc@gms.ndhu.edu.tw).
(6) The entrusting unit that has signed a contract or inspected the quotation shall handle it in accordance with the provisions of the contract or quotation.
