Rapid screening for pesticide
(1) 申請委託檢驗，應填寫本中心之Testing case order form(或線上申請).
(2) 農產品：新鮮蔬果每件300 gramsAbove, tea, grains and dried items weigh more than 100 grams each.
(3) 寄送樣品：足量委驗樣品連同委託單，以宅配方式(It is recommended to use TA-Q-BIN or home delivery.)Send to East Taiwan Pesticide Residue and Toxicology Testing Center, Room B209, Building 3, No. 1-16, Section 2, Daxue Road, Shoufeng Township, Hualien County 974(Be sure to indicate the deliveryNo. 1-16 Polytechnic Building 3) , if fresh fruits are recommended to be sent refrigerated to ensure the integrity of the sample.Other shipping methods, such as the post office, will only be sent to the school for delivery and cannot be sent to the inspection center in time. This will delay the inspection schedule and the samples may be damaged at room temperature. You are responsible for the consequences.
(4) 送檢之樣品如因限於設備或非短期內能完成者，得暫停受理。
Note 1:Be sure to indicate the delivery addressNo. 1-16 Polytechnic Building 3 B209.
Note 2: Fresh fruits and vegetables are sent refrigerated to ensure the integrity of the sample.
註3：珍貴樣品或脫水樣品之重量不足可先洽詢。
註4：郵局等部份物流只會送至校內收發室(無溫控設備)，無法及時運達中心保鮮，將耽誤檢驗時程且樣品易在常溫下腐敗。

(2) 送檢樣品按申請先後順序處理，其完成日期視樣品性質及檢驗項目之需要而定。
(3) 若檢驗途中遇儀器狀況無法如期完成檢驗，則另行告知委託者。
(4) 委託案件如有特殊之需要，送檢前請先來電洽詢，得於委託檢驗時加價申請以速件處理。
(1) 檢驗完成，給予中文報告正本1份(合格樣品含QRcode條碼2份)，書面報告每增加一份加收50元。
(2) 檢驗結果僅對檢測樣品有效。
(3) 檢驗報告未經同意禁止翻印，複製品不具效力，且本報告不得分離或擷錄使用。
(4) 本單位人員無出席各種說明會或公開證明之義務。
(1) 個別委託者請送達樣品前prepaymentInspection related costs (If you send it in person, you can pay directly at the center.).
(2) 轉帳及匯款資訊：請務必參照Form download payment information https://cptsa.ndhu.edu.tw/?page_id=124
(3) 中心帳戶為公庫，轉帳請務必先至Online payment systemFill in and pay (Form download payment information) to avoid failure.
(4) 除轉帳亦可選擇現金、即期支票或匯款（When remitting, please indicate the receipt header on the order form.).
(5) 長期合作團體或政府單位，由本中心預開收據並郵寄給委託人，由委託人進行匯款或以即期支票寄至本中心，請於收到收據後一個月內繳清相關費用；不論匯款或轉帳，註明收據單號或委託單位名稱，或將匯款單據傳真/MAIL至本中心(03-8900212 / ndhuprdc@gms.ndhu.edu.tw)。
(6) 有簽訂合約或檢驗報價單之委託單位，依據合約書或報價單規定辦理。
(1) 質譜快篩農藥殘留檢驗：每件收費1,200元整。
