TEST for metallic pollution【TAF】

(1) Apply for commissioned inspection,應填寫本中心之Testing case order form(或線上申請).
(2) Please use enough cosmetics and send them to our center via "personal delivery" or "home delivery".
(3) Agricultural and livestock products: fresh food and drinking water500 grams per pieceAbove, and the number is at least 2, other samples200 grams per pieceabove.

(5) If the samples submitted for inspection are limited by equipment or cannot be completed within a short period of time, acceptance may be suspended.

Note 2:生鮮農產以refrigeration寄送,生鮮畜產以freezing寄送，建議可連同原包裝以塑膠夾鏈袋密封，送達時樣品腐敗一律不予收件並立即銷毀。
Note 3: Heavy metal detection usuallyNon-edible parts must be removed,若樣品之非食用部位已去除，如貝類去殼、玉米筍去苞葉…等，樣品僅須100克即可。
Note 4: The number needs to be more than two, except for single samples exceeding one kilogram. If the weight of precious samples or dehydrated samples is insufficient, please contact us first.
Note 5: Most foods are monitored in their fresh state. If dehydration rate data cannot be obtained, pleaseMaintain freshness(Except cereals, nuts, oil seeds, and mushrooms).
Note 6: Some logistics such as the post office will only be sent to the on-campus mailing and receiving room (without temperature control equipment), and cannot be transported to the center in time for preservation, which will delay the inspection schedule and the samples are prone to spoilage at room temperature.

(1) After the inspection is completed, one original copy of the Chinese report will be given. Each additional written report will cost an additional RMB 100. To apply for an official English report, you will need to pay an additional cost of RMB 250, and you will need to self-check and attach basic information and English translations of the crops.
(2) The test results are only valid for the test samples.
(3) Reproduction of the inspection report without consent is prohibited. Copies are invalid and this report may not be separated or captured for use.
(4) The personnel of this unit have no obligation to attend various briefing sessions or make public certifications.

(4) In addition to transfer, you can also choose cash, demand check or remittance (When remitting, please indicate the receipt header on the order form.).
(5) For long-term cooperative groups or government units, the center will issue a receipt in advance and mail it to the client. The client will remit the money or send it to the center by a demand check. Please pay the relevant fees within one month after receiving the receipt; Regardless of remittance or transfer, please indicate the receipt number or name of the entrusting organization, or fax/MAIL the remittance receipt to our center (03-8900212 / ndhuprdc@gms.ndhu.edu.tw).
(6) The entrusting unit that has signed a contract or inspected the quotation shall handle it in accordance with the provisions of the contract or quotation.

(1) Each item is charged RMB 3,000:
    Inorganic arsenic detection-Rice and aquatic products (including fish oil)
(2) Each item is charged RMB 1,200:
    a. lead: Jams and jellies
    b. cadmium: Oil seeds (excluding peanuts) and nuts
    c. Lead, cadmium: Fruits, vegetables and dried beans (including peanuts)
    d. Lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic, antimony: Packaged water and edible ice cubes
(3) Each item is charged RMB 1,400:
    Lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic: Cereals (excluding chaff)
(4) Each item is charged RMB 1,500:
    a. lead: Milk powder, honey
    b. Lead, cadmium: Poultry and meat products
    c. Lead, cadmium, mercury: Aquatic products (excluding fish oil)
    d. Lead, copper: Eggs
    e. Regulatory control elements of other foods (salt and oil product inspection services are not currently provided)
(5) In addition to the elements monitored by regulations, each additional element (except inorganic arsenic): 500 yuan is charged for each element.
(6) For urgent and extremely urgent samples, please inquire first before sending them. Thank you:
    a. 急件（4-6 個工作日）加收50%費用。
    b. Urgent shipments (1-3 working days) will be charged an additional fee of 80%.
